Extract from the standard conditions for Private Hire Drivers
Section 24 – The driver of a private hire vehicle must, within 7 days, disclose to the Council in writing, details of any convictions for criminal or motoring offences and any pending prosecutions for such types of offences since the issue of his private hire driver’s licence.
When completing section 13 of an application form applicants must ensure that they disclose ALL convictions, cautions, reprimands or warnings recorded against you for any offence, including endorsable fixed penalty tickets, motoring offences and penalty points NO MATTER HOW OLD THEY ARE.
When completing section 17 of an application form applicants must ensure that they disclose whether they have EVER been refused a licence, or had a licence revoked or suspended by this or any other authority.
