Direct Debit
The easiest way to pay your Business Rates is by Direct Debit. If you pay by Direct Debit you have a choice of 5 instalment dates – the 1st, 7th, 16th, 23rd or the 30th of the month.
Paying by Direct Debit helps to keep down the cost of collecting the Business Rates, giving the Council more to invest in local services.
Only with Direct Debit do you have a guarantee of an immediate refund in the unlikely event of an error occurring. We will inform you of any changes at least 10 working days before the next instalment is due and you are free to cancel at any time, so you stay in control of your payments.
It couldn’t be easier to set up a Direct Debit to pay your Business Rates.
Other Payment Methods
We have a number of payment methods if you choose not to pay by Direct Debit, however, the only available instalment date is the 1st of the month.
