Houses in Multiple Occupation and Small Flats Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Burnley Council adopted the Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 06 April 2022 which is available to download at the bottom of this page.

The SPD relates to proposals for Houses in Multiple Occupation and Small Flats with particular focus on conversions and changes of use. It has been developed to assist persons preparing and commenting on and determining planning applications.
