Alley-gate Public Space Protection Order (PSPO)

The alley gates in Burnley are managed under a Borough wide Public Space Protection Order.  This Order will expire in November 2023.

Gating Order extension 2023. Council is proposing the extension of the order for a further three years to allow the continued management of the Borough’s schemes.  There will be no amendments to the order.
