The Council is currently preparing a Local List Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
The SPD is principally concerned with the process and criteria that will be used to review the current Local List and select new entries for inclusion.
It also explains why the Local List has been created and the effects of local listing. The guidance will also help people to suggest buildings or sites for inclusion.
The Council is inviting comment on a draft of this document as part of a 7-week public consultation running from 15 December 2021 until 2 February 2022.
