Briercliffe Parish Council by-election

There are two vacancies on the parish council that need filling.
 
Polling day is Thursday 29th July.
 
The Notice of Election will be posted on Thursday (24th June) signalling the official start of the election process.
 
Nominations for those candidates interested in becoming a parish councillor close at 4pm on Friday 2nd July.
 
The deadline for applications for postal votes is 5pm Wednesday 14th July.
 
Only those aged 18 or over on polling day whose usual polling stations are at Haggate Baptist Church (polling district AA) and Briercliffe Community Centre (district AB) are eligible to vote.
 
Voters in other parts of the borough are not eligible to take part in this parish council by-election.
