HMO licence application
To make an online HMO licence application please click the button below and select Apply for Mandatory HMO Licence. All the necessary supporting documentation will be required to be uploaded with the online HMO Licence application. The application should take approximately 45 minutes.
HMO licence fees
Burnley Council’s HMO licence fees for the period 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 are now as follows:-
