Reporting an issue is simple in the app
Select Burnley as the home local authority
- Set the location
- Take a photo
- Pick the category
- Submit the report
Your report will automatically get sent to the related team at Burnley Council to deal with.
You can use the app to report the following issues
- Mess, flytipping, or graffiti
- Over flowing bins
- Issues in our parks
- Road or path defects and other highways problems (the app sends these jobs to Lancashire County Council!).
