At the moment, there are different accounts for different online services. We are replacing our online services for waste and other streetscene services. You will need to create an account before you can log a missed bin, arrange a bulky collection or reporting antisocial behaviour.
How do I create an account?
- Follow the link to the online service.
- You’ll be directed to log into a page that looks like the one below. Click Register for an Account
- Enter your name, address and email and choose a password
- After you submit the account registration form, you’ll be sent an email with a code to verify your email. Remember to check your junk folder! Follow the instructions to complete the verification process.
- Once your email is verified, you’ll be able to log into you new account using your chosen password.
