Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016

The company known as ETGAS Burnley Limited, Rees House, Burn Hall Industrial Estate, Venture Road, Fleetwood, FY7 8RS has applied to Burnley Borough Council for a permit to operate a small waste incineration plant installation under Schedule 13 of the above regulations at Hapton Valley Transfer Station, Hapton Valley Estate, Accrington Road, Hapton, Lancashire, BB11 5QG.

The application has been placed on the public register held at: Environmental Health, Burnley Borough Council, 1st Floor Offices, Parker Lane, Burnley, BB11 2BY, and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours (appointment may be required).  It can also be viewed by downloading the pdf files given below.  Any written comments on the application should be made to the Burnley Borough Council at either Environmental Health, 1st Floor Offices, Parker Lane, Burnley, BB11 2BY or envhealth@burnley.gov.uk before 29/09/2023. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
