In the event of an emergency, Burnley Council would work together with the relevant authorities to ensure that our services were still delivered where possible.

As part of our multi agency planning for emergencies, the Council is part of the Lancashire Resilience Forum. The Forum has prepared a Community Risk Register as required by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and this can be accessed by clicking here
